when coming out of windmill into a swipe its best to just put the hand down without stabbing (basically keep your elbow off of your body and keep your arm straight before you touch the ground) and use the momentum to carry yourself up. Thats how cico does windmill airflare windmill airflare. It's just faster and less strenuous to do it that way.

Yep, maak die float op je linkerarm langer als je naar je windmill gaat.
Als je dan ook nog met je rechterbeen schopt, ga je veel sneller. ;)
Dat maakt je combo's ook makkelijker...

You could gain so much more speed in your windmill variations, by practising your coindrop. You are pointing your legs way too high. Try to go more circular.
