Work on your collapse thats the main thing I see wrong. Also since your going clockwise, kick your right leg up first and kick. As you kick, lift your left leg up high and straight! Also on your collapse, this is what helped me a while back. Think of sticking your so it makes an L shape in respect to your arm so that way you roll onto your upper shoulder. :)

1. u need to practice rolling on ur shoulders because right now ur basicly like flipping mostly onto ur back, with that said ur not spinning on ur shoulders ur on ur lower back is also why u stop just practice ROLLING onto ur upperback/shoulders.

2.u need to keep ur legs straight cause ur bending ur legs but then try to straighten them at the last minute when its like to late. so keep them straight at all times. 3. this is more of an opinion, dont worry about going "fast" what u need to do is work on ur form cause u wont go fast with bad form and u wont be able to get any momentum with ur current form so honestly just take all of it step by step and work on ur FORM cause that is the main thing you need to work on. look at jwangs tutorail in the moves forum thats the video that got me my mills. |

Yeah you right about kicking harder and straightening the legs. but the kick is most important to get the momentum you need. And get on your upper back. ONce you can get to your back smooth then it should be easier to do.

u dont look too flexible. i kno some ppl say flexible isnt to much, but when u spread ur legs out, i kno that when i do it at first i was like u but worse, now that im more flexible my legs stay spread out.
