one tip is on ur right hand, when u plant it, plant it with a flat palm, dont have ur thumb standing like that or u can bust it, be careful with the position of ur fingers in every moves too

Your jumping into it. Make sure you get your legs real low and then kick up when your leg sweeps through. Keep your hips high after you have kicked
