i'm workin on them myself. but i think another thing that would help is collapsing on the drop. it looks like ur just dropping on your back instead of letting ur arm collapse. but idk thats just me. but good job tho

stretch... wear some different pants... or something... your legs are wayy too closed, they need to be wide and straight... after that i think you should try using your head when you come up for the stab... it makes mills look 10x cleaner

your very good but when you push with your hand (glide) keep your legs straight but everything else is good.
