haha and for advice, kick harder, so pretty much just flex ur legs like prof. K said; it should feel like the rotation force is pulling your legs apart, and flexing to keep them from going open and hurting ur groin makes you spin faster.... might not make sense but thats how i think about it... hope i helped :P
