You shouldnn't be learning so many powermoves at once, focus on 1 or two.

For roll backs, make sure when your legs reach the vertical position when they're pointing upwards I think you should kip it. Try to jolt it up then back down so that when you stick that freeze the downward momentum coming down from your legs helps you. HOPE this helps haha, I'm working on roll backs too and it's the last thing my mentor told me before he moved! |

for your swipes, the problem you have is that youre left leg hits the ground first, make sure that they BOTH hit the ground at the same time. For youre 90's, be sure to tuck in your head & keep your power leg bent which would be your left since you go counter clockwise. Itll help you to keep on going. And for youre crickets, kick out a little harder and push harder off the ground also.

Danyo- Yea that was my homeboy who was freaking out XD i actually practiced those today and i can get one rotation on every attempt...still can't land cleanly though. iight ill try kicking up a little harder on my rollbacks.
nutmegger - yea i just dabbled with crickets but i might hang them up for awhile and focus on swipes and 90's, might go back to crickets once im satisfied with the swipes and have more wrist strength.
