try to "flex" your core and legs, remember to turn 90 degrees before collapsing to get that extra momentum, thrust your hips outward when on your back and remember to swing your sweeping leg parallel to the floor with these you should feel yourself going faster:)

Look at the momentum you have from your first round and how you stop it by curling in your legs and dropping your hips.

You're also sending your right leg way to high when you try to windmill, that needs to stay low while the other leg is high, then to get back around you have to do the reverse and it just keeps going like that.

Just remember three basic rules (which kinda apply to most power):

1) Legs spread
2) Hips high
3) Legs straight

And those are pretty much in order of importance, the 3rd one isn't so much a golden rule, Taisuke does bent leg power, but the first two are an absolute must.

So far this is the best tutorial I have found, yet the best teacher is yourself. Download videos of top notch power-movers, put it in slow-mo, and put your videos side-by-side with it in slow-mo, compare and see what you need to change.

lol took me till you lost your hat to realize you were a girl haha, But what i usually do when practicing windmills is wear jeans, the reason is that you keep your legs straighter cause you dont have much room to move the. also keep your head on the ground your wearing a hat.. use it lol.

practice on your collapse. try to make i more smooth. after you get that getting on to your high back will become really easy

Lmao urs are better than mine but, keep your legs straight, and stay on your upper back instead of flat. srry I didn't respond to your msgs but I was gone for forever too lool
