Ok. timmit is right, BUT you need to learn to collapse first. You need to drive your elbow in while you're turning. You should literally be hitting the floor with the side of your arm, not the bottom. Also your "kick" shouldn't be a literal kick, it should be more of a sweep.

this is what is happening: When you go into your windmill, you keep starting on your lower back (which will make ur kidney hurt). When you go into your windmill, you are supposed to immediately go up onto your WAY upper back. Like, pretty much to your shoulders. Try watching slow motion videos of other people's windmills.

You stay on your stabbing arm for to long during the collapse, just think of it as a roll. as soon as you kick with your legs thats when you want to collapse
