(For now) try to avoid putting them in the "taking a knee upside down position". It looked like you tried to stay away from it which is good but you lose your balance when your right leg (i think) bends. You want to keep your legs spread wide and infront of you, and counterbalance by bending your back just slightly. You probably already do this a little and know what im saying but try to avoid putting your legs up at all costs. You go much faster, but your balance goes out the window. I used to try and challenge myself to see how low I could get my feet and that helped me not put my legs up, then when you lose speed, bring them up and drillllll baby. You'll get there soon good job hope this helped! |
