Nah man. You gotta learn how to collapse. Drive your elbow into your body and pivot 90 degrees. You should touch the floor with the side of your arm not the bottom. And keep your legs straight. Umm, also kick hard or else you won't get a clean restab.

Idk why I couldnt type but wte, Also work on keeping your legz straight cause you are bending them too much. Also try to do them fast and try to do them slow, doing them slow makes it so you build strength and you learn the move better, doing them fast makes it easier to do a complete windmill. Hope this helps

ok what i suggest is practice on some footwork. just doing footwork is fun and builds alot of wrist strength even though you dont realize it.

you just need to work on rolling off you upper back instead of your lower back at all...backspins usually help and work at keeping your legs spreader as much as possible |
