lol i stopped on 'day 2'. haven't practiced since....cuase my dad was in japan at that time but hes home now and he gets pissed when he sees me practicing them. u kno the same old thing 'you can do anythin you want except headspins!'. ah well hes goin to japan again in a few days so ill practice em again real soon :P

to get more height in the back u gotta lean ur sweeping leg long and high up in the air! dont drop it u gotta hold it up until ur fully to the back. as much as u hear this u gotta stick it to ur mind. thats how u get more height in the back.
but dont worry i know flares r a pain in the ass but what u gotta do is if u really want flares keep at it everytime u session. work mainly on flares and everthing else do last when ur tired but mainly on flares. u wont get good flares until u work at it hard
keep that in mind

Man they look alot nicer than mine!!! BTW did it hurt when your kneekap slid on the floor?? I always get scraps and burns and I think it's numbed in that area which kinda bothers me -.-
