yo bro,the transition between da windmill and flare is quiet easy actually.swing ur legs hardly and strecht ur arm.collapse ur right arm. it will automaticly drop to ur upper back..then u got da mills..

hey:D....first u have to stretch ur legz.....secnd u have to do some excersises to condition ur body for the move...like working out ur lower abdominal,tricebs,shoulders,legs muscel i dont know what they called them in English its the one above the knees from the front and its really important for flares beleive me....practicing planches and V sits will help a lot.....and for the windmills its Ok but stretch ur legs then it will be better...hope I helped u dude :D.....Peace

In the beginning, after you swung that left up, spread your legs out as much as possible as you swing your right leg up. Don't forget to keep your legs locked in straight. I'm gonna try to explain this the best to my ability, but after the initial swing when your hips go in front, use your arms to push your hips up like you're gonna hump the ceiling, like a planche with your back facing towards the ground or like leaning back on a lawn chair.
Your mills are okay, just keep practicing and remember to use more legs in your windmills and create a habit out of it so variations will come to you like this *snaps fingers*
